     LG has unveiled its Signature OLED TV R, the world’s first OLED TV that rolls up into the base to completely disappear leaving an unexpected piece of furniture.

     The Korean company LG brought into light its 65 inch 4k Flagship, Signature OLED TV R at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2019 on Tuesday. The Signature OLED TV R has a futuristic flexible display that can be rolled up when in use and can be rolled back down when not in use.

      The LG Signature OLED TV R has various features including Amazon Alexa support and it can sync with AirPlay 2. It will only be available in one size i.e. 65-inch. 
      
    There are two viewing options on the LG Signature OLED TV R. The first one is the Full View option which offers large screen viewing with AI picture and sound settings.

    The second option is the Line View option. If you choose this option, the TV will be partially unrolled and only 25% of the display is visible. In this viewing option, the users can choose between Clock mode, to check the time and weather, or Frame mode to view photos from their smart phones.

       The third option is the Zero View. In this option, the TV display is rolled into the base and is disappeared. However, in this option, the viewers can listen to any music using the TV's Dolby Atmos System. The pricing of the LG OLED TV R is yet to be revealed by the company.

     Besides the LG Signature OLED TV R, LG has also announced an upgraded version of the Crystal sound screen technology which includes an 88-inch 8K OLED, a 65-inch 8K OLED, and a 65-inch 4K OLED screen whose panel produces sound. The technology was launched back in 2017 at the mega tech expo show. The screen panel of the 8K OLED screen can produce a 3.2.2-channel Dolby Atmos audio.


     LG also claims that the desktop monitors will be influenced by the new Neo Art concept based 27-inch display. The company is using its Oxide backplane technology in these and the panel will feature a 4K resolution and 0.11-inch bezels. Addition to this, there is also a 13.3-inch panel for the laptops. The screen features a panel with a power consumption of just 2.8W.
