Xiaomi launches its PUBG like battle royale, "Survival Game" which is available to download on Mi Apps Store.

      The craze for Battle royale game on mobile has reached a new level after PUBG and Fortnite became popular, with both crossing 100 million downloads within just a few months after their launch. Now Xiaomi, with its 'Survival Game' has jumped into this competition.

      Survival Game is now available to download from the Mi App Store. The size of the game is just 185MB which is very less compared to the other battle royale games. The game is similar to others in the same category like PUBG or Fortnite, but Xiaomi has made some of its own changes on this one.

      According to Xiaomi, Survival Game is a large scale sci-fi 3d shooting mobile game which has been specially developed by the company with Indian players in mind. The game features a battlefield that is based on battle royale, where players will have to kill other players, survive and stand alone till the end to win it. If you have played PUBG or Fortnite, you got what we are speaking of.

     Admin of the Mi Community describing the game on the forum further explains, Each match will start with the players jumping from a spaceship with a parachute and will have to land within the boundaries of the map. The players can direct the parachute to land at a specific area of the map. The loot is available throughout the map at distinct places and Xiaomi says that the Survival game has a very unique game play. You can even build your custom character using the in-game chips.

    The Survival game features an environment which includes sci-fi elements such as characters, vehicles and weapons. 

     The game also features a tactic called flight, which allows the characters to board aircraft's and fly. These two features seem to be the only difference between this game and others such as PUBG. The graphics aren’t as good as the competition as Xiaomi has tried to develop the game for the low end Redmi smartphones which are popular in the country, restricting its size to just 185MB. Xiaomi even has mentioned that the game has been optimized to provide the best quality on various smart phones, but users aren’t really happy.

      
     You can download the game officially from the Mi app store or if you do not own a Xiaomi device, you can download the APK file and install the game on your smart phone by enabling the installation from other sources from your phone settings.
