How to enable the secret Dark mode on Facebook Messenger?

Dark Mode is now available on Facebook Messenger
         Dark mode on popular apps has become a huge success and Facebook Messenger has just jumped into the bandwagon. Facebook had announced that it would bring Dark mode soon to its Messenger in last October, and after a long wait of four months, the much awaited Dark mode is available for Facebook messenger. Here's how to enable it.

        The Dark Mode on the Facebook Messenger is secret and can be enabled by sending a moon emoji in a chat. On sending this emoji, you will find a pop-up that reads "You have found the Dark Mode" Below that message will be a button that reads "Turn on in Settings".

"Enable Dark Mode on Facebook Messenger"

        Clicking on that button will lead you to Facebook Messenger settings. There you will find a new option 'Dark Mode' On that you will see a toggle button, tapping on which will enable the Dark Mode.

"Enable Dark Mode on Facebook Messenger"

        After turning on the Dark Mode by tapping on the toggle button, you will see a message displayed by Facebook which reads 'While we put the finishing touches on Dark Mode, it won't appear everywhere in Messenger.'

       Now that the Dark Mode is enabled, you are ready to use the Facebook Messenger with its new look.
