Firefox Lite browser is available to download in India and just weighs 4MB

         Mozilla has officially unveiled its lightweight "Firefox Lite" web browser in India. This one is the latest one from the company and is aimed to give enhanced browsing experience to devices with less storage and ram issues. The browser weighs just about 4MB in size thus can be also be installed on any low end Android device
        On opening the Firefox Lite browser, you can see nothing else than just a search bar and a few quick links to some popular websites. The search bar can also acts as an address bar thus you can even enter any website URL in it. The quick links are of the popular websites which are also Mozilla partners for the browser and includes YouTube, Facebook, Wikipedia,Flipkart, India Times, Hotstar, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

        The browser includes all settings which you could expect from a mobile browser. The settings include private tab option for private browsing, night mode for reading at night, bookmarks, download manager to manage your downloads and the clear cache option. It also has a specific option named 'Block images' which can block images from loading on every web page which will result in faster loading of web pages and also will save users data while browsing.

        'Turbo mode' included in the Firefox Lite browser is an outstanding feature which you can enable or disable as per your preference. On enabling this feature, the browser will block all the ads and trackers which will lead to faster web browsing experience. Another noteworthy feature of Firefox Lite browser is that you can capture full page screenshot of a web page rather than just capturing the portion visible on the screen. After capturing, you can view the whole web page offline in the form of a screenshot without using mobile data.

        Firefox Lite browser by Mozilla is available to download from the Google Play store. The size of the browser is just 4MB, thus you can even download it instantly even on a slow internet connection.
